Indoor Blip: Cable Tangle 4.0

More and less intertwined in large

Mum is helping me run a synth errand today: we're going to Guildford to trade in some older and less-used kit towards something more useful in my setup. We packed up my Roland Fantom X7 (my first piece of "serious" music tech gear, and still the most substantial) yesterday, as well as an old digital effects unit and a fairy modern loop recorder, and this morning I used the opportunity to improve the organisation of the cable tangle that the keyboard workstation was hiding... I've probably rearranged them many more than 3 times since September, but I'll pretend that this is version 4.
I bought the Roland in 2005 and it still has quite some worth, but it no longer contributes much to my music setup ("Jack-of-all-trades...") as I've acquired more specialised kit, so I'm trading it in towards a smaller FM synth that will also be able to control my other smaller synths in a unifying way.
The cables are now tidier, and the data and power cables run separately from the audio ones which might help reduce interference, if I can keep my meddling hands off them...

Today's other macro shots are here (or right from Lit from the right)
p.s. The Fantom is the longest silver keyboard reaching to the bottom of the frame in this blip. It has been well loved, but I hope it finds an owner who will find its various functions more useful than I now do.
