A Canopy of Green

Parts of the woods are fast becoming just a canopy of green. In other parts the ground is becoming greener as the ferns unfurl and cover the forest floor.
It’s such a joy walking in the woods each day and seeing the changes. It’s not that I didn’t walk here before joining blip, it’s that I didn’t “see” in such detail what was around me.
I’m constantly looking for changes in my surroundings, new growth and new life. Different bird sounds, new smells.
I’m living and experiencing our walks in more detail, and it is enriching my life.
