The ladies' running group are having an extra run next Saturday as the 10k race we'd entered has been cancelled - twice. This morning I went to recce a route at Tentsmuir and it came out exactly 5k, so people can go round once or twice.
Mr Rat came with me and we met one of his running friends who joined us while his son and friend went off on their bikes. Once done I went and double checked a couple of bits again.
Then it was Camembert and salami crepes and chips before returning home. We ate them sitting on a tree stump which had this root attached.
The afternoon was spent in the garden and this evening I've done some more sewing.
