Working on the dock

I had to pick up a couple of things in town for G, so I went for a walkabout to find a blip. I wondered what these workers were doing but couldn't get close enough for a good look. A change in the weather, windy and cooler, and I definitely had my jacket on today.  Rain on the way, and the garden will appreciate that.
