Lily Of The Valley

I am delighted to have Lily of the valley in the garden and every year I smile when it comes into flower. My grandma had lots in her garden and she used to let me pick some. She was strict about how I did it mind! Keep the stems long, don’t break them or pull them, always cut them carefully. We used to shell peas in her galley kitchen too; peas that Grandad had grown. And we’d whip up Angel Delight with a fork in a pyrex jug. Fond memories.

Lots of admin time at the computer today, but I did a workout too - a mix of gym exercises and some of the old physio ones.
