Die Konferenz/The Conference

I'm in an online conference this afternoon and tomorrow - not so easy to keep your concentration up when it's people talking for 4 hours.  But they are nice people.

G put sausages on for breakfast today.

I took mine upstairs to eat but I got caught up in telephone calls and meetings and never got round to eating the roll.

After the meetings, we went shopping and I still hadn't had my breakfast.

We got back from shopping and I was pretty hungry.

Went up to my office and "Hallo Rani".  You are very rarely here in my office, what have you been doing?  Ah, stealing sausages.  You know how cats have always loved sausages...  She doesn't eat bread.  I should be grateful.
