..-Headed Gulls & music.

Three of them swooping around the old gravel pit today. The 2 white geese and posse of Mallards too. Getting to know some of the regulars there now with my weekly once or twice visits. Pleased to see that most of the kids biking along a nearby track on the way to school are very polite.

Was disappointed on first playing the new God Speed You! Black Emperor's new  album, but really enjoying it on second and third plays tonight. Not recommended listening for most people - they're a loose collective of classical and rock instrument players with a wall of apocalyptic or earthly sound. Very atmospheric.
