A glorious day although I’ve had to close the conservatory door to keep out the wasps/bees otherwise it’s a full time job on eviction duties!

Found out today, with the arrival of the report, that the house I’m proposing to buy was surveyed last week...several days earlier than they thought. A couple of minor issues which I’ll get eldest to check out for me but I don’t see them being a problem.
