Saw Milan (2020) this evening and was blown away. I didn’t expect the martial arts and spectacle to be on the same level as other big Chinese martial arts epics. The cast were great and heavy hitters of Chinese / Hong Kong cinema. I remember when I first watched the original in high school and wanting more in terms of martial arts. Got it all in this new version. Didn’t expect to enjoy it this much.
