Not one...

but 4 images for the bathroom window view series this morning. Hard to believe it is May....it was 3° and if you look closely at the 1st image you can see the snow line not far above us. Fresh snow on all these moutains this morning...again. 
A swim and then helped a friend who is clearing out her chalet to take loads of stuff to the recycling/tip.Too cold and intermitently wet to do much outside so cooking and catching up with a friend- I actually wrote a letter! I received one from her on my birthday and promised to reciprocate as it was so nice and I had really enjoyed reading it a few times.
