Croak

Look what we found this afternoon....and not just one, lots! We discovered a small marshland/lakes nature reserve. There were so many birds/ frog noises but we only spotted frogs and moorhens. We then had a wonderful undulating hike. We saw so many animals in the meadows and an abundance of wild flowers. Oh and it was warm and sunny for a change.  
Update on my foot- osteoarthritis but hopefully with some pain relief, anti inflammatories and cushioning between top of my foot and shoes....I can carry on being active....phew!
