We had a day of high's and low's today.  We decided to go up to Dunkeld and to the Hermitage to do a bit of walking.  The weather was lovely, and quite warm too, top temperature of the day was 16C.  We took our own coffee and snack and before we started walking we had our coffee.

As the weather was so nice and sunny we left our wet gear in the car!  Big mistake.  We had a lovely walk along the River Braan and up to Ossian's Hall (I have shown it in one of the extra's) and stood on the balcony to view the waterfall.  We decided then to go further upriver, to see Ossian's Cave, and started out.  Halfway there it started to rain slightly but we kept going.  Then it came down in torrents.  We retreated back down and sheltered, with some others, in Ossian's Hall, for about half an hour, and the rain poured!

Eventually, most of us decided to make a dash for the cars, and off we went.  By the time we got back to the car we were wringing wet with water dripping off our noses.  We dried off as best we could, and had a comforting cup of coffee, before leaving.

We drove down to Auchterarder, and decided to cheer ourselves with a fish tea and it was one of the best I have ever had, and well worth the money.

As we drove home, the sun shone all the way!  Murphy's Law!

We noticed that the rapeseed is now almost ready, and makes a really colourful show!

Have uploaded a few more pictures of our day in extra's
