Lily of the Valley

After a couple of hour’s gardening this morning, I was driven indoors by a sudden thundery shower. Of course, as soon as I’d packed everything away, the sun came out again, so back out I went and sat down with a book for an hour this afternoon, the first time this year. A breezy day of blue skies and 16 degrees.
