Layers

It was a lovely sunny morning so l decided to head to the beach before my morning spin class. Everyone l passed said good morning l think we were all so enjoying the break from the rain. After this l headed off to the gym for my class. It was great to see the sun was still out and remained so all day.

My husband’s condition deteriorated during the morning and after advice from the doctor l took him to the hospital. He had several tests and was discharged a few hours later. He has cellulitis and needs to continue taking the antibiotics and keep a watch on how it progresses.
