Spanish Bluebell - the one that got away
Our last Spanish Bluebell is tucked down in a damp, dark corner of the raised bed. A couple of years ago we did have quite a few more. A friend said we should pull them up as they are quite invasive and 'destroying' the beauty of our British Bluebell.
We did indeed pull them up because we wanted to plant something else, this one  escaped.
The Spaning Bluebell has a more upright stem and flowers on both sides of the stem. It also has less fragrance and the blue is less intense. Still a pretty plant.
The big question is 'do I pull it up'?
