Buds

Wet ones!

Gosh it has been a wet and stormy day!    Jamie had an orthotics appointment in Tremadoc at lunchtime, a little over an hour's drive away.   It was wet when we left home but not too bad at all.   At the hospital it was seriously raining, the downpour, curtains of grey shrouding the hills and by the time we went to the supermarket in Portmadog  afterwards it was a positive monsoon!   The appointment went well, the orthotist having rare insight into Jamie's hypermobility, being a sufferer herself.

Back home, Jamie, Meg and I needed a snooze - extra pic thanks to Ruth :-)

The buds are Corydalis flexuosa Craigton Blue, bred by friend Ian Young in Aberdeen and purchased from Aberconwy nursery a few years ago, relocated from Norfolk back to Wales.    A well travelled survivor which should do well here.
