Maya Angelou

 
8°C  -  22 mph SW Wind Speed  -  28 mph Gusts  -  Rain.  My desk calendar brought me to my favourite poet this morning.  Maya Angelou was an American author, actress, poet and civil rights activist. Here's an interesting LINK to her!  The music background is a bit irritating but her story is nicely presented. I can relate to this part of her philosophy quoted on my calendar, having left school at 14 and graduating with a Masters in Psychology at 73  -  naturally I did the module on Ageing so I'm well prepared for whatever lies ahead☺☺ Hope you like the YT video:)
