The Bridgewater Canal

We left Manchester in the morning and delivered a wedding present that had not been picked up on Saturday. This allowed us a tea stop in Cheshire with our new daughter-in-law’s parents.. I had intended to walk along Dove dale on our way back but it was pouring with rain. The rain has actually prevented both our planned walks in the Peak District on Friday and today which is a shame. I hope the weather will improve this week.
