Baking Day

Today I was in the mood for baking, so I made a loaf of gluten-free bread and a Cranberry Bread made with almond flour. I've just had a slice of the latter, still warm from the oven! It's so light and delicious. I had strawberries on the side, just because I have some!

Now I need to get out for a walk while the sun is coming out and going in from time to time as well!
