Same flower bed as last week but from a different viewpoint! It is definitely a spring joy. The weather seems to have taken a turn for the better and it has been warm with sunshine although the wind is still a little fresh.

FABS class a total joy again. Lucy, our teacher, is very good and brings such joy and plays great music to which we dance, exercise and stretch in varying amounts of skill. All good fun!
