Wide wall of mud

Yesterday the builders compacted a subfloor of expanded/foamed glass and today the poured (carefully) concrete on top to create the floor for the extension. Each tonne of concrete was bought in by a bucket load lifter and carefully maneuvered into place, then tipped into the extension, without damaging the original or any of the new work they've done. They have done a pretty good job, so no complaints yet....  Just hope an animal doesn't sneak in overnight and leave footprints...!

Today's blip is what's left of the garden, taken with a wide angle lense from a relatively low angle - while not falling into the mud... It's not pretty, but after the rain what can you expect?
