Newhaven lighthouse

Can't remember the last time I was down at Alien Rock. 

I happened to mention to a woman from work that I liked climbing, so we got organised and went climbing. 

I am stiff in the joints and soft skinned, and my muscles are all faded and my sense of balance needs work. But boy it was good!!

Arranged to go again next week.
