You Can't Please Everybody

When we were shopping for a dishwasher, a lot of user reviews of Bosch machines complained that the interiors were small, and that the racks weren't versatile enough for different dishes.

Huh?

My iMac is in the shop getting a hard drive transplant. There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with it, but Apple says that there have been problems with that model, and they'll replace it for free. My Mac is almost three years old -- I'm impressed with their customer service!
