Sugar hit!

Cardamom, orange and cranberry cake, Rahul Mandal’s recipe. The day was cold with intermittent drizzle but the cake was delicious, sunny looking and cheerful. I will definitely make it again.
We had a charity fund raiser as a ‘swan song’ for a Rotary President as she is moving house. Social distancing, only a few folk but a treat.
