Water Water Everywhere

Eabhal (or Eaval) has dominated the view from our front window since we arrived, and been teasing us to take the walk around Loch Obasaraigh for the ascent to take in the views. And those views are extensive given the lack of big hills around North Uist, and this being the biggest.

It's a stunning landscape, though mostly a waterscape, where the Uists don't so much sprout from the sea, but merge with it.

A long walk from our front door, but so very very worth it.

A few more views in the Extras, and the hill itself from the shore of Loch Obasaraigh.
