Exmouth

A fun packed day with our grandson and family.  A morning visit to the beach with the sun coming out for some of the time and no breeze so very pleasant.  I then managed a pilates class and then we headed to the local soft play area in the afternoon where I took this shot overlooking the beach.  

Our grandson was very happy to be here, last time he was just able to stand by hanging onto various things.  This time he was enjoying racing around the large area exploring the various areas play equipment.  My son in law was very impressed with the facilities and especially the safety measures ie covid related ones, in place, certainly of a better quality than those he has previously come across.

This evening our daughter and son in law went out for a meal in a local restaurant to celebrate their wedding anniversary in a few days time.  We ordered a takeaway as we are babysitting.
