Three Go Mad in Sanday

The trick today was to keep moving.  We went searching for caves.  We found a skylark's nest and whilst sheltering from a keen east wind - swallows, house martin's, sand martins and swifts scythed about.  And a Solan goose and twa bonxies.

Dense haar all day, the last stretch to the Sanday pier was incredibly cold.

It was announced today that Spring will begin on June 5th.

Back in Kirkwall we searched for fish suppers.

In the all pervading dense fog.
