Lunch at home

Tuesdays and Thursdays I work from home. I often try to cook something interesting and nourishing. Today, I grilled some onions and sweet peppers. Then added mushrooms, broccoli and tofu. For spices, I had some chili pepper, stir fry sauce and soy sauce. Surround that with some locally grown tomatoes. An Alaskan Black IPA and here it is!!!

We are taking a friend out for dinner tonight. We are going to a steak place. Not much there for me, but that is okay. My wife loves steak and so does he. At 90+ years old, I think I can let him eat what he likes.
