the colour of the haar

WFH. 

The weather is still nice and we are still getting the haar. Arthur's Seat was again totally missing first thing in the morning. Like yesterday, the haar cleared off by lunchtime and only some haze was left. In between I noticed the haar which usually looks white seemed to be more grey with hints of yellow. Never noticed that before.

I made use of the sunshine and checked out the insect wildlife in the cemetery. I found a nomad bee which are parasites that make use of their mining bee hosts nests for their own offspring. The other new addition was a wee spider which I presume is some sort of jumping spider (both on flickr).
