Ultimate Strongman

Day 3 of UK’s strongest man and another glorious day of sunshine.

I’ve had such a fab weekend; everyone has been so lovely, with even the strongmen asking how I am.

They’re all such characters and I’ve learnt over the last few years when (and when not) to approach them for a chat or photos.
Just before an event, their game faces are on and they get ‘in the zone’, so they don’t want to be bothered.
Straight after an event is also a bad time as they’re either hyped up or totally miffed off with the result.

Biding my time means I get a decent, happy selfie (more to add to my existing collection).

Today’s blip is of the winners trophies. They are as heavy as they look! :-)
