Tiny Tuesday...Yellow

I spotted this little flower this morning, hiding under a rose in a plant pot....it's a succulent that I popped in there last year, no idea of the name but very pleased to see it doing so well....
It's been very hot today, just like summer and I'm loving it, but not sure how long it is going to last!
