The Cliff walk: Wicklow day 2

Another soft day, unperturbed we donned our wet weather gear and sallied forth. A morning exploring ancient graveyards - the four of us had to laugh - how fortunate to have found other friends who enjoy just this kind of thing!  We also managed to find some decent coffee and something sticky in the middle of nowhere!
In the afternoon Himself and I decided to do the cliff walk from Greystones to Bray - a 6km hike following railway below, one of Brunel's astonishing feats of engineering. As you can see visibility was poor but it was atmospheric. Bray was still and calm with a jolly seaside air though we surprisingly resisted all the gelato shops. We caught the Dart, the railway, back to Greystones which was madly exciting.
Some excellent fish and chips completed the day.
