Another day, another run and upside down tree reflection blip.

My mum had an initial consultation about her memory and she's been referred to the Memory Clinic. Feel a mixture of relief and sadness. At least as a family we know far more about dementia than when my dad was diagnosed. And it's one of the many reasons I'm taking part in Running Down Dementia... Alzheimer's Research UK aim to create the first life-changing dementia treatment by 2025.
