Build me up Buttercup

What a beautiful day. We enjoyed a session of Pilates which was needed after pounding the pavements yesterday. Had a lovely catch up with Stephen over lunchtime. Good to hear he continues to do well.

This afternoon we had a delightful walk from home. With it being half term we decided to avoid travelling far. The Wild Garlic in the woods was at its best and we were glad of the dappled shade. Jet took no time to jump in the stream for a cooling dip.

Further along in the Reed beds the Damsel Flies were flitting about. Spent a few minutes watching their antics. Isn’t nature wonderful? Surprised to meet not a soul on the walk back across the fields. A cool drink required on our return home.
