A bluebell .....

..... but it's white.

We decided we didn't want to go far today, so pootled just a few miles down the road to Kilsture woods.  Here we had a delightful walk, lots of bluebells (see extra), though some of them were not so blue.  Also many other wild flowers, lovely trees covered in moss and lichen, ferns, and large boulders which we would love to add to our garden.  And the air was filled with birdsong, including a cuckoo and a woodpecker.

After that, we went to Wigtown, for a bit of lunch and a wander, before driving to Newton Stewart to add more electricity to the car, and get a few bits in the supermarket.
