The man in charge

Eight miles of roadwork ( four were the current job) but he assured us that we would have those four miles to ourselves before cars would be allowed to move in either direction. This was the challenge of our bike trip, 1,160 ft (353 Meters) of climbing in 3 miles, but no traffic, even after we passed the road work. Extra is the top, I had to document it.
