Phoned the vaccination helpline earlier to see why the kids hadn’t been fast tracked through the system despite being invited to do so...after a half hour wait to speak to someone I found out they hadn’t been registered by anyone they’d spoken to a month ago and therefore weren’t even on the system! A strongly worded email was sent to the complaints department. Meanwhile MC has been called for his first jab despite not being fast tracked and being in the group below his brother. Hopefully they’ll be notified within a week otherwise another phone call will need to be made!
