Red Poppies for a summer's day

Since the weatherforecast said it'll be a sunny and luke warm day I took my bike for a ride up to Leiden and my Benjamin there, he's still working from home and I took a lunchbreak with him.

The bikeride was pleasing and finding red poppies galore in the borders along the roads was like a treat; they're at their most beautiful in bloom now, so I took some blips of them in various spots. I had the telelens on the camera, like all days this week, and start to get the hang of that lens again.
