catching up

It's been a while since Joanna and I had a walk so we had plenty of catching up to do.

We chose to climb Crawston Hill, which is only 712 feet high (it's the 14180th highest peak in the British Isles and the 8427th tallest in Scotland) but has the most fabulous 360 degree view.

I spent most of the rest of the day gardening and cooking the tea - a Meera Sodha recipe which Joanna passed on to me this morning. I'd been on a fast so it tasted even better. Courgette, cashew and coconut subji
