counting the days

at work anyone entering is given a different coloured dot each day to show we've had our checks on entry , so we don't have to be rechecked when we move from one building to another.  I've only just noticed that my colleague is collecting the dots on the side of her filing cabinet.  Most of them seem to just end up on the floors.
Maybe we're all going dotty with this pandemic!
