day 1: a galaxy of daisies

Woke up feeling fairly dreadful: sore throat, tight chest and painful cough. Booked myself a Covid test in Newington Library. Shuffled there. Now we are back in self-isolation. I've lost count of the number of times we had to self-isolate. It was pretty sad to see the local library transformed into a sterile testing centre with all the books gone. I don't think it's the Covid but you never know what lurgy one has caught. So now waiting for the test results. We did spent the afternoon on our new deck chairs in the garden. I was happily snoozing away in the sunshine.
