Since Covid-19 stopped play, I’ve piled on the pandemic pounds.
Now, in an attempt to lose the lockdown lard, I’m counting calories, eating more fruit and vegetables and cutting down on the junk.
The sums in the photo are for jasmine rice, which we had with a tasty, spicy Mongolian not-beef dish, and strawberry Oatly ice cream to cool the palate after the not-beef.
My calculations vary between absence, vagueness and over-preciseness. If Mr Pandammonium brings me anything, I ask if he’s written it down. He finds that such fun.
