Busless Bus Pass Walk

6 of us met by the village bridge today and walked a shady and sun dappled route under beautiful blue skies via Hallas Bridge to Cullingworth. We saw a tractor and mower cutting the fields (thought it was going to mow us down too at one point!), and passed through a field full of cattle and sweet young calves.  We then had excellent coffee and toasted teacakes at Danchino’s.  Fortified, we walked back to our own village in the lovely warm sunshine. I then spent a frustrating afternoon continuing to look at car and house insurance and a new broadband contract and still haven’t got anywhere! Yawn!
