Perfect summer refresher

It looks like a Grolsch lager ... but its not.

From my idle youth I have a large collection of Grolsch bottles that we use for Elderflower fizz. This is the 2006 vintage - down to the last half dozen, so must finish them off if we are to collect and bottle another batch this year. Fabulously sweet and fizzy - few other bottles can take the pressure.
