I've emailed Glasgow Life which is the cultural arm of Glasgow City Council. Will see what response I get.
UPDATE:
Got a response from Glasgow Life telling me I need to contact Glasgow City Council LES. After much searching, I discovered that LES is Land and Environmental Services! Then after another search I managed to get an email address for LES. Email sent. They don't make it easy do they!?
