Goodnight. Sleep tight.

I’m pretty sure this where Cory sleeps every night. Since he was five months old when we adopted him from the Humaine Society, he’s spent his nights in his “safe room” also known as the guest bathroom. He has water, some dry food, his own cat box and even a cozy rug to sleep on. But for some reason he seems to prefer sleeping in the sink. I’ve got rubber bands on the faucet so he can’t turn on the water. I did that after he did turn it on. He also goes in his room if he needs to feel safe, like when Dave and Nora bring Dexter the Havanese dog with them when they visit. Dexter is perfectly safe we know. He just wants to play. Mehitabel doesn’t worry about him though she isn’t fond of when he gets excited and barks. Cory however freaks out though each time Dex has visited Cory has been a little less afraid. I think they will eventually adjust and Cory will be okay with him in the house.
