Pause

For once I got to school too early, so I stopped for a quick break to say hello to the ducks nearby. Better than standing in a queue at the gate wearing a mask for ages.

It was medal day at school today, when they award the prizes for the best team at Sports Day. Poor wee H was totally grumpy all the way home as fourth place meant the Red Eagles just got stickers! Luckily the disappointment wore off quickly.

Extra of a mystery peach foxglove in the front garden. I just let them seed themselves but where this came from I do not know!
