In Search Of Poppies

I was hoping to find some nice poppies today but didn't get anything remotely decent. I was down on my knees in a field though when I heard voices. Looking up I just managed to get a shot of these three cyclists.  Countryside street photography. And I did get some poppies in the frame too.

Clematis Glow
We have just one clematis flower so far this year. Everything is so far behind last year. We do have some roses now though, and it actually looks as though the lavender might flower after all.

In other news daughter#2 has had her first Covid jab now, in France. We are a 100% Pfizer family.
