Yellow-crowned Night-heron

I know night-herons have been spotted at this local marshy location, but this is the first time I have seen one.  I almost missed it.  As you can see in extras, the surroundings are cluttered, but a slight movement grabbed my attention.  Even though it's a weekend, there were only a couple of other birder/photographers there.  I think the misty, dreary conditions kept others away.
