A different neighbourhood

Saturday morning at home. Papers and breakfast and everything! And then up to this Stockbridge Neighbourhood Market at the Accies ground on Raeburn Place. Just like Glastonbury! Well, as in we were the oldest there. There was a short queue to get in - £3 entrance money. What’s it for the over 60s I asked. You’re free said the fellah and waved us through. Let’s say I don’t think they lost much income from that concession over the course of the day.
And there was the wee granddaughter and daughter obviously and pals. I didn’t sit supping beer much though - I entertained the wee one who was happily entranced by some other little kids antics. Peer pressure already.
Home to garden, then a movie. The Father with Anthony Hopkins and Olivia Coleman. He’s utterly exceptional. What a performance. Not a lot more to say. It’ll make you greet, that’s for sure.
